Cloud Solution Studio is the cloud practitioners’ group that focuses on innovation, incubation and elevating ’s technical competencies enabling elevated customer experiences. This group will lead all aspects of a Digital new age architecture and uses design thinking to build out Company’s organizational technical blueprint. This group operates across the organization driving efficient, standards-based architecture supporting customer business goals by collaborating and partnering across all internal and customer teams.
Cloud Solution Studio is a market facing organization that has accountability and responsibility for establishing strategy and defining roadmap for areas of innovation, incubation and its evangelization and adoption across its customers.
Roles and responsibilities:
Innovation and Incubate experiences: Identify the top trends across business and technical dimensions and helps drive its adoptions across customer engagements. Talks at industry forums and writes in technical journals.
Drive Growth: Works with various service lines of Company, its partner ecosystem and customers to plan for technology change. Develops various types of roadmaps to align across business and technology timelines.
Elevate Customer Experience: Acts as a catalyst with the customer organization and steers customer to adopt the latest in technology across their engagements.
Portfolio Capability Management: Works with internal and customer stakeholder teams to manage the technology capabilities. Strives to provide the necessary technical capabilities while managing cost and risk for Company and its customers.
Drives analysts/partner alliances: Engages with the marketing/analyst teams to drive Company brand elevation. Shapes and nurtures partner alliances and enables a 360 degree relationship driving growth with key alliance partners
Elevate Organizational Technical Competency: Develops artifacts that document current or future technology capabilities for reuse. Participates in the governance processes and helps define where necessary in customer’s architecture practice and helping to elevate the overall customer experience.
Capabilities Assessment and Technology Oversight: Evaluates health of the technology within the architect’s focus area and develops improvements plans for their domain.
Required industry experience:
12+ years of leading multiple technology teams. A Problem solver, Getting-things-done attitude, own the customer growth
Conceptualizing and orchestrating an SD-WAN / SDN NFV / 5G based solution.
Interface with internal product units, external partners and 3rd party solution providers to deliver the end to end solution to the customer & converts Solution Requirements into logical systems.
Innovates and creates new ideas and have ability to develop quick proof of concepts and validate with customer.
Understands Macro Trends, Telecom Industry/Domain specific trends and business opportunity
Lead and Participate in Architecture and Design activities.
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Would develop technical expertise in product lines and develop proposals/growth ideas & work for improving the product line for SD-WAN / SDN NFV / 5G / ONAP based solutions.
Should contribute to the definition and validation of Platform architectures
Required Technical experience:
Strong understanding of SD-WAN / SDN NFV / 5G space in Telecom domain.
Experience across connectivity, platforms, devices and applications and Architecting Solutions
Strong Knowledge and experience developing applications to run in large-scale environment
Hands on experience in the following areas such as Architecture assessments, strategy definition, licensing, security, and commercialization of solutions
Experience on Cloud based solutions from AWS, Azure or other major cloud providers
Good understanding of ONAP, Kubernetes. Experience contributing to ONAP community is preferred
Must know GoLang. Knowledge of J2EE Web application servers such as JBoss and Tomcat is preferred
preferred development expertise in distributed applications and infrastructure development
Proficiency in network elements such as TCP/IP, PCRF/PCEF/OCS, TLS, GSMA eSIM, Packet inspection
Working Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases, NoSQL Databases, and tools
Required education and certifications
