Develop and incorporate business processes to enhance applications. Write and modify application code based on the requirement and per the change in the business processes. Collaborate development and other technical activities with other team members.
JAVA based developer with knowledge of Spring, struts, ORM tool, JAVAScript based front-end web web framework tool, supporting and developing complex applications.
Experience:
* Java consultant with 7+ years of experience with complex and large scale application development and support using JAVA and Oracle based technologies.
* 7+ years working experience with JAVA/JEE, JAVA design patterns, development and open source technologies supporting JAVA based development.
* 5+ years experience working with struts, spring, hibernate/JPA or other ORM tool and web services required.
* 3+ years working experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SLQ required.
* 2+ years experience creating technical design like class diagram and sequence diagram is strongly preferred.
* Knowledge and experience with WebLogic or equivalent application server , jDeveloper or equivalent IDE, UNIX shell scripting and UML are preferred.
* Candidate should be able to translate functional requirement and data model to technical design and implementation
* Strong analytical skill and knowledge and experience of creating common framework and classes are strongly preferred.
* Candidate should be an excellent team player with ability to do research and provide resolution independently. Excellent communication skill is required.
* Experience with DevOps preferred
Skills:
* 5+ years with application development in JAVA, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, Design patterns, html, jDeveloper or equivalent IDE and WebLogic or equivalent application server.
* 5+ years development with struts, spring, hibernate or other ORM, and JPA or equivalent technologies
* 5+ years with translating functional requirement and data model to technical design and implementation.
* 3+ years with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL writing and tuning.
* 3+ years with JAVAScript based front-end web framework technology
* 2+ years with web service development and XML file handing.
* 2+ years with scheduling automated scripts and creating cross system interfaces.
* 2+ years of functional knowledge and experience working with financial and human resource business processes.
* 2+ years of experience with DevOps practice
