Role: Java Developer with Strong Knowledge in Java 8, Spring Frameworks

Location: Irving – TX (Remote to start)

Duration: Contract

Required Skills:

·         Java Message Service, JDBC, Ajax, Java Script, XML,ANSI SQL, Core Java, Flex, Java Server Pages, Struts, servlets, Java Server Faces, REST Web Services, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Java Design Patterns, Web Services, Java, Java Springboot, Java 11.

Job Description:

·         Spring boot, Spring MVC, Spring Rest or Microservices and ORM tools like JPA or Hibernate with Database knowledge in Oracle/ MySQL.

·         CI/CD tools like Git – GitHub or Bit Bucket , Jenkins with Pipeline, Nexus and PCF/AWS is an added advantage.

·         Sr. Software Engineer B2 Graduate.

·         This role belongs to the Engineering role track and contributes strongly towards the community charter of delivering superior engineering outcomes.

·         Honing individual engineering competency.

·         KRA-1: Establishing a strong community of engineers

·         Clearly understand community career lattice and be able to explain the same to team members

·         Demonstrate appreciation of diversity and inclusion in professional interactions

·         Highlight any observable deviations in areas of diversity and inclusion

·         Refer new talent for hiring

·         Conduct hiring discussions

·         Identify potential retention risks

·         Facilitate mentorship process in a small community of members

·         Inculcate community brand positioning professional interactions

·         Report any deviations from people practices that do not reflect organizational values

·         Conduct people management processes with fairness, transparency and diligent.

·         KRA-2: Delivering superior engineering outcomes:

·         Understand the competency-proficiency role mapping for self

·         Solicit performance feedback and use it to identify proficiency gaps in the remit of the role

·         Update the home manager of any concerns with to the responsibilities undertaken in an engagement

·         Help team members articulate project expectations, provide guidance and supervision to deliver the defined tasks

·         Participate actively in responding to requests for help/assistance

·         Proactively engage with members to understand their challenges and direct them to knowledge centers within the community
