Job Title: Java Backend Developer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid Model like 5 days in a Month onsite)
Job Description :
- The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, etc.) required
- Strong experience with Java and J2EE (5-7 years of experience)
- Working knowledge of relational database
- Event driven & stream data processing experience preferred
- AWS SNS, AWS SQS, AWS Kinesis, AWS Kinesis Data Analytics experience preferred (or looking for a candidate who has solid experience with Java/J2EE that wants to learn AWS)
- Kafka, Flink, Spark streaming experience preferred
- The Skills You Bring
- A passion for crafting and delivering software solutions using groundbreaking technologies and constantly looking to learn new cloud native technologies and bring them into production.
- A good understanding of backend databases, both analytical and operational (RDBMS with NoSQL as a plus).
- Experience in RESTful APIs and Python is a plus
- Experience in cloud-based messaging technologies also a plus (SNS, SQS) as well as Lambda functions.
