Must have
- 7+ years Java experience; deep expertise in Spring ecosystem.
- Experience designing distributed systems and transactional workflows.
- Proven track record with performance tuning, capacity planning.
- Strong knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka), caching (Redis), and SQL tuning.
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE practices.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
