Pay Range: $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong in Java platform
- Hands on development experience
- Application support and maintenance
- Customer escalation management
- Ability to work on shifts preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in Java, architect level
- Experience in Warehouse management systems preferred.
- Ability to understand the incidents in WMS and resolve tickets/suggest resolution
- Manage incidents working with the customer and documenting the resolution
- Work closely with the customer and manage escalations
- Managing JIRA tickets
- Fix issues and propose solutions for prevention
- Identify opportunities for optimization/automation
