Job Description:
Candidate should be will to work in rotational shifts
6 -7 + years of experience in SDLC/Managed Services application with Technical background skills in Java/J2EE, UNIX shell scripting, SQL Databases.
Understanding application architecture, network infrastructure including business and functional domain with Web Programming Skills is essential.
DOMAIN: Retail e-commerce with B2B/B2C experience is preferable.
Understanding & ability to perform webservers/Application servers maintenance work is essential including Tomcat/apache log monitoring, servers restarts, Log archives, and instance monitoring, disk space monitoring, Alerts configuration etc.,
Identify business critical issues and resolve them proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhering to US ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and performing Incident Management and Problem Management by technically diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and availability of the Connectivity and Digital Content applications and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
Designing and implementing dashboards using Splunk/Azure monitors/ Dynatrace tool which helps IT teams in proactive monitoring of real time issues and helping Business teams on getting a detailed picture of IT systems along with the sale and revenue margin statistics.
Coordinating with Business and Product teams on prioritizing the fixes and the business requirements per the standards of Customer and ensuring the quality implementation.
Coordinating deployment of the production changes and proposing new opportunities and ideas providing business value add to Customers.
Mandatory Adherence to the SLA, KPI’s and OPI’s as per MSA with the Customer.
