Job Description :

IVR Developer with Dialog Flow

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy IVR systems integrated with Dialogflow and GCP
Build and maintain XA-based solutions for availability and scale
Collaborate with UX/product/engineering teams to define user flows
Optimize IVR/NLP workflows and troubleshoot technical issues
Ensure system reliability, security, and cloud compliance
Document designs and participate across SDLC (Agile)

Must-Have Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in IVR/XA systems
Strong hands-on expertise with Dialogflow and Google Cloud (GCP)
Proficient in Python, Java, or Node.js
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and NoSQL/SQL DBs
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with AWS or Azure
Telephony protocols (SIP, WebRTC), Twilio, Genesys
CI/CD, DevOps, or ML/NLP for Conversational AI
