IVR Developer


6+ months Contract

Position Summary: IVR Developer to develop, integrate, and support multiple contact centres across various lines of business.

This includes and is not limited to new development, customizations of existing technologies and modernizing existing technical stacks leveraged across the Contact Centres and their respective platforms.

The candidate will also be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing enhancements and modifications.

Desired Industry Skills: VXML, JSP, JAVA Script, Struts, Spring/Hibernate, Microservices, webservices, Docker

Desired Genesys Skills: Genesys Composer, Click to Chat, Nuance
