Job Title : IVR Developer Location: Carmel, IN Duration: Contract Mandatory Skils Java, J2EE, Unix Scripting, VXML, Grammar XML IVR Scripting - CenturyLink or Avaya IVR IVR Call Flow design using Avaya Designer CTI Integration knowledge IVR Skills & ACD Queues mapping Avaya PBX Knowledge Job Description 7+ years of intensive experience in call center applications specifically CTI, CenturyLink / Avaya IVR, call routing and integration with CRM Systems. Conduct workshops to gather requirements for call flows, define route points, define Queue management Experience supporting or implementing a contact center application including knowledge of call flow, CTI integration, reporting and work force management Familiarity with VoIP, related protocols, and standards and Experience with on-premises contact centers, ACD SIP services / VoIP experience to include troubleshooting is a plus Strong knowledge on Omnichannel & Digital eServices (Email, Chat, SMS) API integrations and Web service experience Experience with coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++ Develop and unit/functional test user completed to incorporate in the build for system testing Leverage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline incorporating CNO's software deployment standards and toolset Create automated (as jointly agreed upon) and manual unit test cases for user stories Resolve logged defects based on Client provided priorities Meet pre-established guardrails as defined in KPI/metrics section
