Job Description :
ITSM Process Engineer
Location: Local to DC area , remote option available if needed

Primary Responsibilities:
· 6+ years of experience in engineering for complex or large projects
· Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices
· Ability to apply ITIL/ITSM principles and concepts
· Ability to configure and administer ITSM ServiceNow tool
· Ability to demo and document ITSM/ServiceNow solutions and modules
· ITIL certification preferred
Client and Project Description:
The project supports the USPTO’s ITSM replacement from the current Remedy platform
Minimum 4 year undergraduate degree
ITIL Certification preferred
