Location – Seattle, WA / Dallas, TX, Kansas (Onsite day 1)

JD– ITOM Product Owner/Agile Coach

We are looking for a product owner / agile coach who can define and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders, and lead and coach our agile teams to achieve high performance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of ITOM domain
  • Define and communicate the vision, goals, and roadmap of the product or service.
  • Collaborate with the customers, stakeholders, and the development team to identify, validate, and prioritize the features and requirements.
  • Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, and up-to-date.
  • Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective.
  • Coach and mentor the development team and other stakeholders on agile principles, values, and practices.
  • Monitor and track the progress, quality, and performance of the product or service using metrics and feedback.
  • Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies that may affect the delivery of value.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within and across the teams.
  • Seek and share knowledge and best practices from the agile community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or business analyst in an agile environment.
  • 2+ years of experience as an agile coach, scrum master, or agile practitioner in an agile environment.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification.
  • Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Professional Agile Coach (PAC), or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe).
  • Proven ability to define and deliver value to the customers and the business.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach agile teams and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to use data and feedback to drive decision making and improvement.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Proven ability to learn and grow continuously.
