We are looking for an aggressive Sales and Business Development professional who can drive business growth thru generate new sales revenues, existing account management and achieve year over year sales target and growth. The individual we are looking for would be someone who is proactive with at least 8 years of sales and marketing experience selling IT staff augmentation services. Will be responsible for driving growth by effectively managing existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction while also looking for avenues to generate revenues by acquiring new clients at local and national level.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Must be highly energetic, self-driven, result oriented and honest individual
Should be a Go-Getter, Hunter, Self-Starter and possess excellent track record of achieving targets
Deep understanding of market and experience in developing and nurturing client relationships.
Strong existing Professional network • Should have generated minimum of 3 million dollar sales per year
Should have at least 8+ years of experience in IT staffing sales
Should have a good understanding of Technologies and Industries
Strong communication skills
Should be a Team player and also should be able to work individually
Preferable to have existing book of business

We offer excellent base pay and sales based commission and annual bonuses and great benefits. The position is based in Madison WI, open to out-of-state candidates who are willing to relocate.
