                                                                             Role Description:
Global IT Business Management Office is a critical portfolio to provide management support to Global IT Security Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in several key areas from both a business and technical perspective. The Program Manager of the Information Security will be tasked with emerging initiative across the organization, alignment of vendors to meet the challenges of the current threat landscape, the management of global resources and the development and financial management of the IT Security budget. This position has several principle responsibilities as outlined below. This position reports to the Director of Information Security Strategy and Governance.
Activities include:
 Responsible for developing and leading program governance strategies and enabling step function improvements in added value delivery, quality, risk mitigation and partnering with senior leadership in the accomplishment of organizational goals surrounding IT
 Build strong relationships with senior leadership, IT leaders, vendors and business partners to assist in the deployment of the IT Roadmap and IT Governance Strategy as well as evaluate IT Applications across the organization
 Manage company-wide strategic IT program relationships
 Create buy-in and set priorities with leadership team in the pursuit of providing IT delivery of services through 3rd parties
 Accountable for risk mitigation and financial improvement in IT governance and delivering business results in deep collaboration with stakeholders
 Manage the IT Program Governance team, instilling a sense of urgency and constant feedback to superiors and business function customers
 Accountable for execution, negotiation and of key outsourced IT vendors and contracts to include planning, facilitation, delivery commitments, budget leadership and management to ensure success of this critical IT strategy
 Provide thought leadership on the increasingly dynamic nature of changing the delivery of IT through outsourced providers while improving performance delivery and reducing costs

Knowledge and Skills
 Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, engineering, mathematics, information management or related field required. Master’s degree desirable. 12 - 15 years’ experience working directly in an Information Security or Information Technology department
 Work experience in managing critical programs in a global manufacturing enterprise
 Experience working with global resources/cultures
 Experience developing strong partnership and collaborating with IT peers, legal and finance
 Certifications such as:
o PMP/PgMP: Project/Program Management Professional or equivalent
o Six Sigma: Information Systems Security Architecture Professional
o ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library
 Highly proficient, concise and articulate verbal and written communication skills to a wide range of audiences including business executive, end-users, and technical partners
 Possess exceptional business and financial acumen coupled with analytical skills to assess relevant short- and long-term business requirements and ensure vendors are on board and capable
 Superior assessment skills, with the unique ability to learn and internalize the business and organization quickly, and lead the entire governance function to be a value adding, results driving partner
 Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team environment; motivate and work with others to accomplish tasks; and deal honestly and directly with others
 Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills
 Ability to provide effective independent technical leadership and counsel and effective communication of technology standards to management.
