Job Description:

IT PM/Change Management Specialist

· Develop solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management processes, metrics and key performance indicators

· Execute the development of core organizational change management capabilities in terms of growth, scalability, and sustainability.

· Provide guidance for Organizational Change needed on large enterprise wide business-critical programs and major transformations in IT.

· Develop strategic and operational metrics in a high-growth organization which can be tracked through execute change strategies.

· Oversee all change efforts on the IT portfolio; Develop process and procedures for change management for all operational and strategic initiatives across IT

· Proactively educate, monitor, enhance change management strategy and methodology

· Evaluate and utilize enterprise-wide platform to manage coordinated change impacts across the impacted organizations/business units/leadership

· Build relationships with senior leaders across the business and IT, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

· Conduct impact, stakeholder, and organization analyses to determine the program’s scope, severity, and receptivity

· Lead in identification of organization impacts from process, policy, data, talent and technology changes

· Build change management plans that are aligned to overall program plans and are designed to guide audiences through the change phases, including all sponsor/manager, training, communications, and support activities required to successfully implement the change

· Define training needs, determine content required for each stakeholder group, develop content, and drive training delivery

· Serve as primary liaison with groups to facilitate program communications, including customers, partners and employees
