Set realistic stakeholder expectations Should be able to create Project SOWs documenting requirements/scope/risks/assumptions. Work effectively with internal and external executive leadership clients, third party suppliers, and senior management (Sr Director, VP & Sr VP levels etc in accomplishing portfolio objectives Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to develop corporate methods, techniques Should be able to effectively handle more than one project at time as needed. Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customers In depth knowledge of how to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done Can establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect Excellent influencing skills to gain alignment and manage portfolio of programs / projects Ability to think strategically and set the agenda for the portfolio Experience planning, facilitating and leading large cross-functional workshops is preferred Project management experience, working alongside business project teams Experiences developing and maintaining 'Playbooks' of process and workflow standardization Experience in applying automation and other enhancements to existing processes Experience acting as an internal consultant on transition management strategy/deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives Proficiency with Project Management tools, and comfort with the use of technology Timely and accurate project status reporting to key stakeholders Required Qualifications/ Skill Set: In depth understanding of Service Delivery role including delivery of Global Transition/Transformation Programs and Projects in Infrastructure space (Basic understanding of Compute/Storage/Network/Databases/ Voice technologies or should have managed Infrastructure projects in the past) Experience with Agile project delivery methods 2-5 years of Portfolio management, 4-5 years of experience managing programs and 5+ year project management Ability to lead multi-function global program team through influencing skills. In depth Risk / Issue / Change Management knowledge Developing executive level PowerPoint presentations Ability to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one program impacts another Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer. Hosting meetings, taking meeting notes, and documenting action items Ability to organize complex and/or ambiguous information for sponsors Organizing program goals / objectives into portfolio with specific priorities / sequencing PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other relevant professional certifications preferred Bachelor or Master's degree and minimum of five years relevant work experience.
