This role will be responsible for administering Change Management policies and processes to ensure change activity efficiently meet and comply with the IT Change Management policy. This role will work closely with, and under the direction of the IT Change Manager and will focus on the day-to-day administration of changes being proposed by various IT teams.
Reviews, processes, tracks, documents, and coordinates change requests submitted for production changes to minimize the impact or downtime to production.
Assists in maintaining and reviewing the schedule of IT changes to enable proper scheduling and provide information about the changes to IT management.
May create and maintains documentation for change management tools and processes.
Evaluates and recommends methods and tools for streamlining and improving the change process.
Assists in creating and maintaining Change Management policies and procedures.
Assists in responsibility for monthly change management compliance audits.
Participates in change management related projects.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Technical skills:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT change management highly preferred.
Experience with Change Management within SOX and PCI regulated environment
ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management or higher
Experience participating in and leading CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
Knowledge of general Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management practices.
Knowledge of basic ITIL Release Management practices.
Broad technical familiarity of networking, Windows and Unix servers, standard operating systems, AWS and personal computer systems.
Effective Communication skills with extensive experience communicating to senior leadership
May occasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.
