We have a 6 months contract opportunity for  iOS Engineer role (REMOTE).

Any work authorization (USC/GC/H1-B/TN/Canadian) are welcome to apply.

Title: iOS Engineer

Location;Remote anywhere in US/Canada

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $DOE

Client: Cygnet Infotech

Required Skills:

 

  • Overall 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong swift skills with a minimum of 2 years of native mobile development experience
  • Deep understanding of app architectures like MVC, MVVM, MVP, clean architecture etc.
  •  Advanced knowledge of unit testing on iOS XCTest or similar frameworks; Understands & able to explain how to write code that is testable / scalable
  • Knowledge about SOLID principles, protocol oriented programming
  • Experience with releasing the apps to the AppStore.
  • Understands the need of writing reusable components and code reuse as much as possible
  • CI/CD tools like Xcode server, Jenkins or Bitrise
  • Proficient in git commands and/or using git
  •  Strong communication skills for a pair programming environment
  • Team Player: You believe that you can achieve more on a team

Good to have:

 

  • Experience with Android, Flutter, React Native
  • TDD or iOS testing suites
  • Pair programming experience
  • Experience & interest in working directly with clients, and explaining solutions to non-technical team
