Job Description
The team currently has 10-12 people on the development team. The application has launched. Primary responsibilities will be making changes and increasing functionality.
Looking for a Senior Java Developer with a strong DevOps background and process skillset.

All of the testing and builds are automated to the cloud so that is where the DevOps functions come in.

Looking for someone that can see an issue with the product, make recommendations to the Architect (the Hiring Manager) and then once the design framework has been built the Developer would work with the team to develop the new solution

Keys for the role:
1) Strong REST or microservices knowledge
2) Understanding of cloud (they use Openshift which is an open source Red Hat Linux cloud product)
3) Good security mindset when it comes to DevOps and developing applications

They use Macs to develop on and all of their tools are web accessible so it’s pretty standard

The application is built on a MySQL database and the mobile parts of it was built in Swift (for iOS) and Kotlin (for Android)
