Job Description
Develop functioning, highly robust, unit tested code without any supervision for building highly scalable applications in a large-scale distributed systems environment
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Project planning for high-level complexity projects, including scope management, estimation, issue tracking and risk escalation
Ensure that all the features that are designed and implemented meet the requirements of performance, scalability, security and availability
Must have Skills
Proficient with Objective-C or Swift
Good understanding of core iOS frameworks and toolkits: Foundation, UIKit, Core Data, Networking, Core Graphics, Core Location
Proficient in Auto Layouts to create Complex UI
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
Experience with performance and memory tuning with Instruments
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications• Knowledge of publishing app to the AppStore
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
