Job Title: Integration Release Manager

Location-100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Integration Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage application and system integration releases across multiple environments. The role ensures smooth deployment of integrated solutions, minimizes risks, and maintains alignment between development, QA, and operations teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate integration releases across multiple systems and platforms
  • Manage end-to-end release lifecycle including build, test, deployment, and post-release support
  • Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams for release readiness
  • Ensure successful integration of applications, APIs, and third-party systems
  • Maintain release calendars, deployment plans, and documentation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and conflicts across releases
  • Oversee environment management (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and ensure stability
  • Facilitate go/no-go meetings and release approvals
  • Monitor release performance and handle incident management post-deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement in release processes and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in release management, integration, or DevOps environments
  • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and microservices
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and release management processes
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple releases and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management)
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to automation and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools
  • Certification in ITIL, Agile, or DevOps

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of IT experience with at least 2–4 years in release or integration management
