Role: Integration Architect/ Data Architect
Tenure: 06+ Months/ Contract
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Mode of Interview: Skype interview
Job Requisites:
7 years of experience as a data architect
3-4 years of cloud experience - Azure cloud highly preferred (AWS or Google Cloud fine as well)
Advanced SQL and ETL development skills
experience with building data pipelines
Day to Day:
The Data Architect/Integration Architect will build the enterprise data warehouse on Azure and help them implement a data and process governance solution.
Must have seen and overcome enterprise level challenges, and thus should be able to speak about solutions found and used.
The DA/IA will be hands-on with the design, code, and development.
Must have cloud experience.
Azure data integration experience is preferred, but they are also open to AWS or GCP (Google) with the ETL tool Informatica (if the candidate wants to learn Azure
The DA/IA will need to be or become familiar with the following Azure tools: ETL with SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), DataBricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen 2 (ADLS), SQL Database, and Azure SQL environment.

Qualifications:
BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
Must Have:
Cloud experience - 3 to 4 years
Data Architect role for 7 years
Advanced SQL skills
ETL development exp
Building data pipelines
Strong Plus:
Azure cloud or GCP / AWS cloud experience – wanting to move to Azure
Hadoop or Big Data Experience - integrating with relational data sources
Experience with migrating on-premises data from Teradata to Azure cloud
SQL Server and Azure tools: SSIS, ADF, DataBricks, ADLS Gen 2, SQL DB, and Azure SQL
