Job Description :
We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Integrated Systems Administrator role.
This position is part of the client Support Services team and will be responsible for providing administration and support of the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) application. The Worker will perform Systems Analyst duties that will include administering course settings and configuration, managing site files, working with program staff on adding new courses, if required, performing server-side administration, problem resolution and troubleshooting, and more.
Skills(Required):
  • Hands-on experience as systems administrator of server-side applications or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating System
  • Experience in administration and support of Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Skills(Preferred):
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent problem resolution and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Agile development and sprint planning
