• Knowledge of Virtualization Platforms (e.g., Client ESX/Workstation, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, etc.)
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of Device Drivers
• Knowledge of Hardware BIOS/UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface)
• Problem determination and remediation
