Job Summary:

Project Manager (PM) Financial Services (FS) experience is not required. Should have experience with data/application migrations or hardware refreshes. Must understand the project management lifecycle (PMLC) and be able to communicate updates to Truist leadership. There will be three PMs: PM #1 – Manages infrastructure teams and overall product readiness (e.g., integrations, operations). PM #2 – Oversees server migrations. PM #3 – Leads VDI migrations.

Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead infrastructure-focused initiatives such as hardware refreshes, server/VDI upgrades, and data/application migrations. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, requiring strong coordination and delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage scope, schedule, and resources across infrastructure tracks.
Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Collect and validate technical updates; escalate gaps and delays.
Ensure evidence-based testing and sign-off before delivery.
Use MS Project and Excel for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:

9+ years of project management experience in infrastructure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to challenge teams and drive accountability.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
PMP or similar certification preferred.
