Job Description:
7+ years’ experience of UCCE enterprise support and administration of Cisco VOIP and Contact Center environment. AWS Connect experience is a plus.
Extensive experience with Cisco VoIP ; CVP,PG, VXML,AD/HDS, CUBE, CUCM, CUxN, Voice Gateways, Recording and reporting solution.
Hands on experience with Cisco UCCE operation and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of CVP and ICM scripting.
UCCE Call flow development, changes and related documentation.
Implement changes for Cisco UCCE Environment. (ICM, CVP, CUCM, Finesse, CUIC
Hands on experience with UCCE scripting, and WFM/QM operations.
Managing Call handler, Cisco Unity, Call routing and translation.
Maintaining Performance and High Availability of VOIP and contact center system.
Update System Run Books, defining day-to-day support, maintenance, troubleshooting knowledgebase of the infrastructure.
Hands on experience with data networking skills required including; IP & Ethernet routing and switching based network design, testing and implementations with in-depth knowledge of the OSI seven layer model and in depth familiarity with industry protocols including IP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, L3 switching, STP, 802.1Q.
Understands switching, routing, QoS and how they affect voice traffic and call quality
Must Skills:
Cisco VOIP, UCCE administration. AWS connect administration is a plus
Desired: Knowledge on networking.
