Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner Location: Detroit MI 48201 Duration: 4 Months Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Desktop Support. Active Directory account creation and management Office365 tenant administration Hardware setup and new hire onboarding Troubleshoot networking and application issues Ability to support remotely. Primary Skill Set for this role: Years of experience required for each skill: o Trouble shooting end users issues who are working remote L5 5 Years o Cisco VPN extensive knowledge L3 2 Years o Active Directory extensive knowledge L5 5 Years o Office365 tenant administration L2 1-2 years o Selected Resource will need to be onsite with some remote work
