Qualifications:
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. (Mandatory)
Possession of a Bachelors Degree in an IT- related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. (Mandatory)
At least five (5) years of experience in an Application Development Manager role in the development of a web-based application using Microsoft .NET technology for a large- scale and complex Information Technology system with a one-time total cost of $5M or more. (Desirable) Replaced this Salesforce
At least three (3) years of experience leading the development of Azure cloud based applications. (Desirable)
At least three (3) years of experience with APIs and web services for high volume transactional systems. (Desirable) Salesforce related
