Job Description :

Role: Informatica MDM Developer

Client: Maryland Department of Human-services

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid based on assignment/team needs)

Interview: Phone/Video Interview

Duration: 6 months & 1 Year with Possible extension

Visa: Any

Exp: 10+ Years

Duties:

·         Informatica MDM Configuration: Configure and customize Informatica MDM to implement the Party Model, defining entity types, relationships, business rules, match and merge strategies, and user interfaces.

·         Data Modeling: Work with data architects and stakeholders to design and maintain the data model for party. related entities within the MDM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

·         Data Integration: Integrate data from various source systems into Informatica MDM, performing data profiling. cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.

·         Match and Merge: Implement match and merge rules to identify and consolidate duplicate records within the party entities, enabling a single and accurate view of each entity.

·         Data Quality Management: Define and implement data quality rules and workflows within the MDM system to monitor, measure, and improve data quality across party related data.

·         Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance principles and data security best practices during MDM implementation and data management processes.

·         Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks within the MDM system and optimize data loading.

·         Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, data analysts, and business matching, and retrieval processes for efficient and seamless data operations. users, to understand data requirements and deliver MDM solutions that meet business needs.

·         Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate MDM configurations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data within the MDM repository.

·         Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals for the MDM implementation.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.

General Experience:

• At least six (6) years of experience in MDM Development experience with a focus on Informatica MDM and Model implementation
