Business Problem:

We''re looking for an Infor EAM Technical Analyst to join our team in support our Manufacturing Operations Management platform, specifically for our Infor EAM solution, including application implementation, configuration, analysis, scripting, patches, upgrades and testing.

In this role you will expand your knowledge and help other team members learn Infor EAM while working on current demand.

Depending on upcoming business needs, there is potential opportunity/expectation for further development in other Manufacturing Operations Management systems.

Required Skills Set:

Years of Experience: - 5 years of experience with Infor EAM

Education Required: Bachelors Degree

5 years of experience performing Infor EAM configuration
5 years of experience maintaining a production Infor EAM system, including application installations, patching, testing, supporting, etc.
5 years of experience authoring technical documentation (e.g., impact assessments or design specifications)
Experience with SQL programming (Oracle PL/SQL preferred), JavaScript programming (and/or Infor EAM Extensibility Framework)
Experience with EAM modules/ components Barcoding, Advanced Reporting and Mobile
Familiar with components of EAM infrastructure Oracle database, Windows Server, Linux, JBoss, AWS, Cognos BI and Report Studio

Additional Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with EAM for manufacturing operations and/or in a medical/pharmaceutical setting.
Knowledge for EAM modules/components with Integrations and Web services.
Able to adapt/adjust to the EAM configuration in cases where it may be different from previous EAM experience.
Experience in technically maintaining other Manufacturing Operations Management solutions.

Project Description:

Understands, follows and provides input to the Enterprise Architecture process.
Evaluate and participates in selection process for software packages, and advises on options, risk, ROI, and impacts on business processes and goals.
Stay current with system capability and planned functionality
With deep system knowledge, configure and implement larger enhancements in Infor EAM to meet functional and non-functional requirements, while incorporating end-user feedback into design and prototypes
Understand and follow the Quality Assurance processes.
Develop technical specifications and procedures, test documents and scripts that align to functional specifications.
Evaluates and is accountable for Life-Cycle and execution of Roadmap with the team
Understand and follow relevant processes such as ITIL and SDLC process, etc.
Doing day to day support as 3rd level support and investigate problems working with the Operations team to understand root cause
Partner with operations and Business Engagement for integrated testing and releases into all environments.
