Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Conversion Developer
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 6+ months

Job description:
- Work with client resources (technical and business) to build data maps for required data conversions.
- Facilitate conversion design discussions with end users, client technical resources and design team members.
- Using his\her knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM product, explain the functionality of the new system within the context of data conversion, helping end users in making a decision about data conversion.
- Build conversion technical objects (Application Engines, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Records and Pages, SQR Report, SQL Validation Rules) and create unit testing documentation.
- Coordinate mock conversions cycles for assigned conversion work units.
Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in PeopleTools 8.5x: Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, Query, BI Publisher, SQR, Page/Components, Records, Integration Broker, Workflow, etc.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Oracle Database as a developer; proficient in creating/modifying/tuning complex Oracle SQLs against large volume of data.
- Minimum 2 years' experience on PeopleSoft HCM on North American Payroll module
- Worked as conversion developer in at least 1 large-scale PeopleSoft HCM 9.x implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with client Leads and providing direction to the team, while supporting Conversion Manager.
- Minimum 1-year experience with resource and work planning experience, managing a work stream.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Multiple PeopleSoft HCM 9.x implementation experience, including NA Payroll
- Minimum 6 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
