· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
· Ensure that all deliverables and tasks are actioned on-time, within scope and within budget
· Customer management – Should be able to build rapport with customer. Handle customer calls, Bridge calls and manage customer.
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
· Ensure customer satisfaction by bringing together all company units to meet client demands
