We have an Opening for Implementation Project Manager . The Job description is as follows:

This is a full time, permanent placement role that can pay between $100k-180k depending on experience. It is W2 direct with 401k retirement plan included in it. There will be a generous bonus(15%) as well as fringe benefits! This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team within an established, successful company.

The Role
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for taking new customers from signed contracts to full implementation and hand-off to the PostUp Account Executive. This includes ensuring that all aspects of the communication, planning, and implementation of services sold are well-managed. This person will work cross-functionally with professional services, operations, development, etc. The ability to manage multiple implementations seamlessly at once is critical.

Responsibilities
Manage all phases of client on-boarding and develop detailed work plans, project plans, schedules, project estimates, status reports, and processes to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and the timely delivery of services
Conduct regular project meetings and responsible for tracking and analysis
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects
Design of integration plan between clients systems (i.e. website, CRM, CMS, e-commerce) and Post-up using APIs. Must be knowledgeable of database structures and field mapping.
Manage multiple implementations concurrently
Responsible for the project''s commitment to quality
Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of efficiency of processes and customer satisfaction and optimization
Requirements
Bachelor''s degree required
Management Information Systems or a related field desired
Scrum Master Professional certification is mandatory.
Experience with Project Management tools
Strong in oral and written communications to exchange information, explain procedures, techniques, and answer questions in a clear logical manner
Able to manage clients to tight implementation schedules, proactively set and maintain expectations, and maintaining good client relationships (mostly remotely vs. onsite)
Able to track and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and related tasks at different project phases and for different clients, and coordinate the tasks across multiple internal teams and clients
