Position: Citrix System Engineer

Responsibilities:
· Supporting the domain migration of acquired hospital systems Citrix environment to the Client’s domain.
· Citrix Domain migration experience is a must have in this role.
· This role may include in place or side by side upgrades along with upgrading platform versions prior to migration.
· Candidate should be strong, self-motivated, and willing to own the migration from planning, communication, documentation, execution and post migration support.
Required:
· Experience with Citrix ADC/Netscale load balancing with Symantec VIP MFA, access gateway, LDAP in multi-domain environments, MCS conversion to VDA, certificates and DNS;
· Experience in Healthcare/working with EMR (Epic, Paragon, Meditech) a plus.
· Experience in Citrix administration of version including scripting.
· 2+ years of Citrix Engineering experience building out an entire Citrix environment from architectural design, to implementation and configuration, to migration of one environment to another (Storefront, XenApp, Citrix UPD, Citrix Policies, Citrix Licensing)
· 2+ years of experience navigating Citrix Support issues: Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis and implementing fixes.
· Good understanding of hosted apps and knowing how to have it work in the environment.
· 2+ years of hands on experience with Windows server (2008/2012/2016/2019) administration/ management and Active Directory.
· GPO Design and Implementation.
· CCA (Citrix Certified Associate)-virtualization (Optional)
Preferred:
· Domain Migration of Citrix environments with no downtime.
· In place upgrades of Citrix environments with no downtime.
· Side by side upgrades of Citrix Environments.
· External netscaler migrations to a new DNS name and new MFA technology.
· Ability to deploy new Citrix environments with little oversite.
