Job Description: The Enterprise Identity Management team is responsible for the design and implementation of Identity Management processes and tools.

The Senior Identity Management Engineer will be working under guidelines, policies and standards established by Information Security, this group ensures the proper availability, configuration and sustainability of the enterprise Identity tools and associated systems.

Essential Functions:

ul>
li>Owns ISIM and ISAM platform services and provides mentoring/advice to operational support personnel as well as business stakeholders and other IT members outside of the IAM team./li>
li>Conducts general assessment and plans techniques for deployment, integration and migration of solutions./li>
li>Works closely with IAM team to implement Identity and Access Management functionality for specific business and security requirements and processes./li>
li>Identifies ISIM and ISAM workflow and business process requirements and related solutions over a complete business process including obtaining approvals, documentation, testing and training./li>
li>Works in close coordination with the System and Business Process Analysts and Project Manager to understand and interpret ISIM/ISAM requirements per application & initiative./li>
li>Considers the business implications of IAM workflow and processes to the current business environment./li>
li>Identifies problems, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, tests to confirm, gains consensus, and implements solutions for multiple processes within multiple functions./li>
li>Creates reports; researches and analyzes data, report trends and vital information to management/business partner./li>
li>Provides direct support to IAM systems development and business community regarding risks associated with new or changing technologies./li>
li>Keeps abreast of industry advancements and incorporates that knowledge into daily work activities./li>
li>Resolves provisioning /de-provisioning problems to obtain operations across all platforms./li>
li>Monitors and reports to management on the status of IAM project efforts, anticipating and identifying complex issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions./li>

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used:

ul>
li>5-7 years of hands on technical experience working with Tivoli Identity Access and Identity Management (now ISIM and ISAM)/li>
li>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure security patterns and associated enterprise best practices./li>
li>Working knowledge and good understanding of scripting and programming languages as well as security software development methodologies/li>
li>Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory as well as other LDAP based directory services./li>
li>Exposure and experience with cloud identity services like Azure AD, Single Sign-on and Multifactor./li>
li>Solid understanding of Single Sign-on concepts and technologies like SAML, onelogin, SSO, Identity, etc./li>
li>Excellent communication and documentation skills/li>
li>Ability to work in a team environment and to contribute to multiple projects at once./li>
li>Solid business acumen and comfort building in large enterprise./li>

Education: High School Diploma required

Pluses:

ul>
li>4 year degree/li>
li>Relevant Identity/Security certifications/li>
li>Security certifications such as CISSP/li>
li>Onelogin & Tray.io experience/li>

Typical Range of Experience:

ul>
li>5+ years of senior level engineering experience working with highly scalable enterprise software, consisting of (3+) years of proven experience working with commercial Tivoli products for a sizeable enterprise (preferably 5,000+ employees/Identities), including development of solutions for Identity Management, user provisioning, Single-Sign & Reduced Sign On and Web Access Management solutions./li>
li>2+ years of operational experience with ongoing maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Identity and User Account Management platforms./li>
li>Knowledge and understanding of underlying components and technologies of an IAM platform such as access management, directory services and automation./li>
li>Ability to gather identity data via SQL and LDAP queries for analysis and troubleshooting purposes/li>
li>Experience in implementing Identity and Access Management technologies and/or processes required./li>
li>Experience in IAM product evaluation and managing vendor relationships required./li>
