Project Manager IBOR Transition New York, NY Fulltime Permanent Job Duties: Responsible to lead/support initiatives within the IBOR Transition Programme impacting different IBOR based products. Keep track of emerging regulatory expectations in terms of IBOR transition and evaluate the impact on the present state of infrastructure and processes Scoping of the LIBOR agreements and work on templates to be sent to clients Apply a structured methodology to deliver the project through creation/execution of a plan to support adoption of the changes Provide a framework for project implementation and ensure project outcomes are delivered Produce required project documentation (e.g. Business Requirements, Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, Risks, Issues, Mitigants etc) highlighting the business needs Validation of metrics and report remediation status for in scope clients to Business Heads and other key stakeholders Overall the work will be flexible based on client requirements Skills Required: Senior project manager with 8-10 years of experience of running several regulatory change initiatives in the global banks and financial firms, including Creation and maintenance of project artefacts, managing RAID items Should have detailed understanding products referencing LIBOR Experience/knowledge in project and change management principles, approaches, methodologies, tools and phases of the project lifecycle (both Waterfall and Agile) Excellent communication and documentation skills to coordinate with business and technology stakeholders and team members Experience of Agile methodology
