Job description


Experience in building solutions and strategy for organization''s marketing campaign with proper analysis; designing, development and administration.
Has extensively involved in creating new universe, offers, treatments, interactions and micro sites using Adobe and Unica.
Able to troubleshooting various technical/functional issues related to campaign management tool (Unica, Adobe, Aprimo), execution and testing of segmentation and having good exposure in Adobe, Unica, Teradata TRM, Aprimo MRM, especially on workflow management.
Develops solutions to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the Client Interaction Marketing team
Leverages knowledge of database marketing tools and principles to develop methods for process automation, process governance, and capabilities improvements
Partners with technology and DCIM team members to learn how to access new data sources and configure
Works with Marketing Consultant to implement or supervise implementation of these improvements and changes
Following procedures written for GRC quarterly audits, will perform the analysis and help determine whether controls that are in place are effective
Contributes to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance
Effectively collaborates with the internal team including marketing, analytics, product management, delivery channels, risk and compliance Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with management Actively participates in team sessions
