Job Description :

Role: IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus
Location: Detroit,MI
Contract position

Responsibilities:
IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus ITNM TNPM & ITM
IBM Netcool ITNM and TNPM Administration work.
Excellent understanding of Netcool probes e.g. MTTrapd EIF Email Syslog & Message Bus.
Adding/removing new network nodes in ITNM.
Creating scheduled/custom/adhoc reports in IBM Netcool.
Shell scripting knowledge and TCP/IP routing is needed.
Good understanding of Netcool and ServiceNow integration.
Upgrade knowledge on IBM Tivoli monitoring (ITM).
Retiring/removing servers from monitoring.
Adding server to monitoring.
Able to troubleshoot day-to-day activities and work on incidents.
Able to work and resolve the incidents/Task within SLA.
