Position Title: IBM Support Resource
Location: Springfield, IL.
Duration: 24 Months + Extension
Dynamic Interactive Business System Inc. is seeking for multiple IBM Support Resources that will work with the Client team to assist configuration, documentation, and training services for IBM Content Navigator, IBM DataCap, and IBM Cloud Enterprise Records to include migration of all images and associated index data from the Client''s DocuWare 5.1b installation to IBM Content Services on Cloud.
Requirements (All Mandatory):-
Candidate must be a US Citizen or a Green Card and must provide the copy of Permanent Resident Card if the candidate is not a US Citizen at time of approval. Failure to provide will result in disqualification.
Must have 3+ years of recent experience with configuration of IBM Content Manager, IBM DataCap, and IBM Cloud Enterprise Records.
Must have 2+ years of recent experience as it relates to collecting, recording, and migrating information from and existing Content Management solution to an IBM solution.
Atleast 1+ year of recent experience with identification of security tools and strategies in relation to IBM Content Manager, IBM DataCap, and IBM Cloud Enterprise Records.
Minimum 2+ years of recent experience composing and delivering a Content Management Design Document.
Must have 2+ years of recent experience providing application training, IBM Enterprise Records (IER) configuration, and mentoring to agency, business, or organization staff.
