IBM Soar Architect

Client: MTA

Location: NYC but can work remote

Rate: Open, based on experience

 

Required skills:

  1. Experienced Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) developer who is process driven, efficient and strives to remove tedium from daily workflows.
  2. Must have experience and through knowledge of Phantom SOAR platform
  3. A Technical SME - Act as a Technical consultant to the customer throughout the product life cycle and be the primary point of contact for the customer for incident response, Security Automation, Orchestration, Playbooks, Incident Response lifecycle automation, Security Automation, threat intelligence, threat hunting, security analysis related requirements and queries
  4. Be able to recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability
  5. Extensive experience in Security Operations, SOC, SIEM, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Security Orchestration and Automation Platforms
  6. Product integrations – Coordinate with the customer on product integration requirements and help integrate with our solutions

 

Must be able to:

  1. Author, test and maintain automation scripts/workflows within SOAR platform
  2. Review, analyze, investigate, debug and resolve technical issues throughout all stages
  3. Integrate SOAR platform with other security tools and APIs to execute automated workflows
  4. Assist with process development and process improvements for Security operations
  5. Have excellent written and oral skill and should be able to communicate with senior team
  6. Understand Automation use cases and work with the L2/L3 support team to give a complete understanding of workflow
  7. Work with the automation SME on automation design and overall workflow
  8. Ability to resolve tickets based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  9. Should be able to update and maintain knowledge documentation
  10. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
