Candidate should have 6+years of experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Global Foundation and CA-HR applications. Issues are reported through multiple channels like incidents in Service now/Email/Chat/In-Person or Call. Need basic knowledge of technologies like IBM BPM, IBM ODM, IBM Data power, Java, Dot net, and SQL.
Work with client teams to walk through steps to help them resolve their technical problems. Mostly related with governance flows, reports, and access and application usage.
Work on configuration requests raised through JIRA, configurations to be updated in all environments (DEV/QA/PROD Configuration changes to be updated in BPM, DB2, ODM or SAP as applicable.
Proactively monitor and analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. Need to check Kibana, Stronghold and Dotnet logs to track and fix issues.
Coordinate with EAI/SAP/Mainframe/APIM/Sail point/Captiva/Workday teams for any QA or PROD related issues and clarifications.
Coordinate with offshore and client teams in different time zones to have 24/7 support for the application in all market regions (NA, LATAM, ASIA, UK
Create daily/weekly/monthly reports on overall issues and support activities to be presented with Client leadership.
