Role, Responsibilities & qualifications:
- The BPM Architect/Process Architect would need to have at least 12+ years of experience.
- BPM Architect designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
- BPM Architect /Solution Lead work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings.
- Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications.
- Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues, regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
- BPM problem statement and business requirement analysis (Functional and Technical) and solution approach
- Effort Estimation and impact on Enterprise landscape
- Sound knowledge in BPM implementation approach, architecture, SOA , process design.
- Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in IBM BPM 8.x, IBPM BAW 19.* and BAW 20.* product suite including IBM Cloud Pak of automation
- Hands on experience with building java web services and integrating web services with IBM BPM
- Hands on experience with the IBM BPM Authoring Environment including BPDs, Coaches, Integration Components & Connectors including creating custom coach components and design
- Work as part of a team that designs and architects, applications for many different domains.
- Need a strong technical orientation, a creative problem solver, motivated to advance in the field and work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/Iterative methodology.
- Hands on experience in BPM migrations projects, experience in BPM implementation in AWS and IBM Cloud will be good add on
- Sound knowledge on IBM BPM topology on prem and cloud architecture including sound understanding of BAW traditional and cloud containers versions and road map
- Good understanding on IBM DBA stacks and IBM Cloud pak for automation exposure should be able to drive traditional to cloud migration strategies and approaches.
