Senior Analyst – SailPoint-Developer- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited


Key Responsibilities:


With 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing applications leveraging the following skills.


Technical:

  • SailPoint IIQ development and implementation

o Application Onboarding and support

o Lifecycle Management

o Account Creation and onboarding

o Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance

o SCIM API Experience

o Web Services Connector Experience

o Database (JDBC) Connector Experience

o BeanShell/Java

o Certification and Access Review

o Access Request Support

  • Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
  • Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture
  • Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
  • Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
  • Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
  • Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
  • Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight


Soft:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams
  • Available for on-call support
