We are seeking qualified candidates for a Production Support Engineer role with Key Requirements:
- Production/Application support experience, ideally in IAM
- Strong SQL, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Java skills
- Experience supporting provisioning workflows, application connectivity, and incident troubleshooting
Preferred:
- Enterprise-level support experience
- Familiarity with additional IAM platforms or ServiceNow
