Title: IAM Engineer Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 6 12 Months Description: Must-Have Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience working in a team environment and being a strong team player, working in a distributed team environment Strong analyst skills; gathering/documenting requirements and workflows Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms (Sailpoint, ForgeRock,etc) Certified SailPoint / ForgeRock Capable of acting as an SME and hands-on resolving critical production issues. Experience in implementing IAM solutions for multi-territory / large scale environments. Understanding of structured programming Good-to-Have Development experience with Java, C++, JavaScript frameworks, Ansible, Bash, Powershell Release management experience Basic understanding of cloud systems, networks, platforms, browsers, operating systems Experience and understanding of data objects and databases Experience in troubleshooting system, user & environmental issues Experience in Active Directory / SunOne Directory / Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition Experience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) or DevOps (Github, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Containers, etc) Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role Responsible for capturing requirements and converting them into design artifacts Evaluate potential impacts to the users as functionality is configured. Document summaries and detailed findings and recommendations with screenshots Review business process flows and test scripts to assess for gaps or improvements Responsible for reviewing, prioritizing, and delivering upon requirements from the business and IT Identify topics and user impacts to be addressed in training, communication themes, and knowledge support materials. Work with development and integration staff to understand boundaries of system capabilities, translate user and client needs into process, and define initial technical approaches. Ability to get your hands into code delivery as necessary (this will grow with experience) Triage issues and work with cross matrixed teams to drive issues to resolution and completion Create and/or update various knowledge support materials and end-user communications to support the overall change management process for stakeholders and business end-users. Periodically conduct user research and compile results into user stories or personas as well as related test scripts.
