POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Develop an Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap for the agency. Participate in IAM enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption. Develop and manage a consistent, universal strategy for integrating an IAM security solution into all DFPS applications and systems. Create a single overall security (including Authentication and Authorization) solution for DFPS applications that easily adapts with the business growth and change; thus, aligning to the agency strategic vision. This position requires years of hands-on experience with Azure AD Application federation knowledge using Azure components/ADFS and B2B/B2C components Experience with integrating SalesForce, MuleSoft, Java or .Net custom applications with an enterprise IAM platform. Experience implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g. Saviynt, Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Beyond Trust, CyberArk, etc in client environments Experience developing technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps Good knowledge of software development principles and design patterns Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Able to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience with Identity Governance processes and solutions such as Azure Active Directory Identity Governance or Sailpoint Experience with API Gateway and microservices architectures Knowledge of Applied Cryptography and PKI Experience with Python, PowerShell, Java, Java Script, JSON, REST Experience with REST API test tools such as Curl, Postman or SoapUI. Understanding of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with all regulations and frameworks (NIST, HIPPA-HITECH, HITRUST, PCI, GDPR) Preferred Azure Security Engineer Associate or other Azure certification a plus CISSP or SANS GIAC a plus OKTA Professional or Consultant a plus Rahul S | AVTECH Solutions Inc EXT 502 |
