Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IAM Architect to lead global Identity & Access Management initiatives and manage a high-performing IAM operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and implementing IAM solutions, along with proven leadership experience overseeing global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a global IAM operations team ensuring stability and security across regions.
- Lead design, implementation, and migration of IAM platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Collaborate with IT Engineering, Architecture, and vendor teams to strengthen security posture and optimize costs.
- Provide technical leadership for IAM projects, platform upgrades, and major initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices in partnership with Risk, Audit & Governance teams.
- Manage both project and operations teams with a focus on quality delivery and process improvements.
- Mentor and develop IAM team members.
- Lead penetration testing, auditing, and risk governance related to IAM and other cyber initiatives.
- Oversee ITIL processes including Change, Release, Problem, Incident, Configuration, Asset, and Application Management.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise with IAM solutions such as Ping, ForgeRock, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Ping/ForgeRock experience is mandatory.
- Experience with cloud-based IAM implementations, including Azure and AKS.
- Strong leadership experience managing large global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ITIL processes and operations-driven roles.
