Location:Foster City, CA
Duration:6+ Months

Responsibility

The candidate should be highly experienced in Hyperion Planning especially headcount planning.
Knowledge of other planning solutions like Hyperion, Adaptive insights and others


Other Skills

Total 10 plus years of Business Analyst experience preferably supporting driver-based planning and analytics.
Strong understanding of FP&A processes, especially Budgeting and Forecasting
Complete business requirements for all Hyperion Planning and Forecasting related enhancements, translate business requirements into functional design, collaborate with IT to ensure functional design is clearly articulated, and review technical design specifications delivered by IT
Good knowledge of ERP product implementation and their integration with FP&A Systems
Strong understanding and best practices around Budgeting and Forecasting, as well as system flows between FP&A applications and other finance functions


Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
