HRIS Analyst

100% Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to manage, support, and optimize Human Resource Information Systems. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).

  • Manage employee data, system configurations, and data integrity.

  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors/IT teams.

  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements.

  • Provide end-user support and training.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with HRIS / HCM systems.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.

  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.

  • Good understanding of data validation and data governance.

  • Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specific HRIS platforms (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM).

  • Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools (nice to have).

  • Exposure to system integrations and data migration.

  • Familiarity with compliance and HR data regulations.
