HR UKG (Kronos) BA Project Manager
Boston area (2 days onsite, must be local).

Project – replacing Kronos Time & Attendance platform.
Work ahead – platform evaluation between 3 options – ADP, Ceridian and UKG, implementation of solution after selection
Key skills – Solid in PLC, formal PMO experience, can drive end-to-end project, can manage the dynamics of shadow IT in HR. Preferable experience in UKG(as that might be the choice)
EPMO, Corporate PMO experience would be a plus
